I am always absorbed by the texture of surfaces, particularly as they relate to human structres, and how the inevitable decay, weathering and rust finds a hold and works their creative patterns and designs. The art for me is to find them, and showcase or reinterpret them into new compositions that echo my fascination with the ephemeral nature of all things.
